The Gospel as Pilgrimage:  Walking the Way of Love with Jesus and One Another

A Hybrid Friends Center Retreat with Ken Jacobsen

Traditionally, a pilgrimage is a journey undertaken with fellow seekers, in a holy time, to a holy place. Such pilgrimages have been established all over the earth, and have been practiced, often for millennia, by followers of different faiths.  In this retreat we will explore: What does a Quaker practice of pilgrimage look like, individually and with one another? What sort of pilgrimage is Jesus calling us to in the Gospel, and in our time?  Where is our holy place?

Through times of worship, fellowship, shared scripture and personal journaling, we will journey through the weekend to where divine Love might take us together.
